Customer Service

Delivery

Most of our pieces will be delivered in 18 days but in some cases it may take up to 40 days from the day you place the order for you to receive it. Andean Jewelry has most of its pieces handmade or partially handmade; every piece is handcrafted specially for our customers, so we are not able to guarantee an exact delivery date (up to 30 or 40 days depending on the jewelry).

FedEx International will deliver your order in a safely and timely manner. Every order has a special insurance against any loss or damage that may occur. You can do a follow up of your order in the FedEx web site using the tracking number that one of our agents will email to you or by logging into your account and selecting the Order History link.

Andean Jewelry is responsible for the quality of the products you receive, please be sure to sign the “received confirmation receipt” when you have received your package via FedEx. Once you receive your order, please open the package and verify that the jewel is in perfect conditions. If for any reason there is any problem with your jewel please contact us immediately.

Return Policy

Andean Jewelry will accept changes or returns only if the product does not fulfill all the characteristics and specifications described on our website, www.andeanjewelry.com.

Our agent will contact you in order to make all the arrangements for the return or change of jewelry.

In order to make any change or return, you must attach the invoice to your package.

  • If the jewel is damaged:
    You have three days after the delivery of the jewel to contact us and let us know about the problem. The customer should send the jewel by FedEx to our offices in USA. All charges will be paid by Andean Jewelry.
  • If the jewel is not what you expected:
    You can return the order in the next thirty (30) days after the jewel was delivered. Customers must send the jewel by FedEx to our office in USA and the delivery expenses will be paid by the customer. Returns are for store credit only with Andean Jewelry. Our agent will contact you to make all the arrangements.
  • Jewels’ repair:
    If you need to repair your jewel or make any enhancement to it, you must contact our agent and coordinate the kind of work you need. Andean Jewelry will notify the cost for the repair work and you will be asked to send a check for that amount to our US office.
